1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the MGLionBet website or creating an account, you enter into a binding agreement with MGLionBet and confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and MGLionBet.

3Account Registration

Each person may hold only one MGLionBet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another name, or using different contact details or payment methods — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must update your account information if any of these details change.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. MGLionBet will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately and we will secure your account.

MGLionBet reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing withdrawals, during account reviews, or at any other time. Acceptable documents include government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account

4Deposits & Payments

All transactions on MGLionBet are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There is no currency conversion step and no exchange rate applied. The amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your account balance.

Deposits made to MGLionBet must come from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Funding your MGLionBet account using payment methods that belong to another person is not permitted and will be treated as a potential breach of these terms.

MGLionBet does not charge platform fees on deposits. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control and are your responsibility to understand before depositing.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. These limits may change from time to time and current limits always take precedence.

Deposits are for the purpose of betting and gaming on MGLionBet. Any attempt to use the deposit and withdrawal function purely as a financial transfer mechanism — with no genuine intent to bet — may result in account suspension and return of funds.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies across all payment channels including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. If you have not previously completed verification, you will be prompted to submit documents before your first withdrawal is released. We aim to process withdrawals quickly once verification is complete.

Withdrawals may be subject to a review period in the following circumstances:

• Your account identity verification has not been completed
• The withdrawal amount is significantly larger than your typical bet history
• There are active bonus funds attached to your balance that have not yet met wagering requirements
• Our fraud or security team has flagged the account for review

MGLionBet does not place unnecessary holds on legitimate winnings. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than you expected and none of the above situations apply, please contact support with your withdrawal reference number and we will investigate promptly.

Withdrawals of promotional winnings are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they were earned. Please review the applicable bonus terms before requesting withdrawal of promotional balances.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on MGLionBet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and event type. These rules are available on the relevant betting page and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General betting rules that apply across all sports and markets:

• Bets are confirmed at the moment they are accepted by the MGLionBet system. A bet is not valid until you receive confirmation.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet, unless the bet is placed in a market where prices are subject to SP (starting price) settlement.
• MGLionBet reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to an obvious pricing error — this includes odds that are clearly incorrect relative to the true market price.
• Live in-play bets on Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports and all other markets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. Bets will not be accepted if an event has already concluded at the time of placement.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event, per market, and per account. These limits are set by MGLionBet and may vary based on the sport, competition, and your account history.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or suspended may be voided and stakes returned, depending on the specific rules for that sport.
• PSL and international cricket bets follow ICC and PCB match playing conditions. If a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, settlement will follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable.

MGLionBet takes match integrity seriously. If we have reason to believe that a bet has been placed with prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption, that bet will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

7Casino & Games

MGLionBet's Live Casino, Fish Games, and other gaming products are provided for entertainment purposes. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by the results of live dealer games conducted in real time.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available on the game information page. These figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome or return during any individual session.

By using the casino and gaming products on MGLionBet, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are random and not influenced by previous results
• The platform does not guarantee winnings on any game
• Playing casino games and Fish Games should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income
• Technical malfunctions — including server outages, disconnections, or display errors — void any game round affected and your stake will be returned

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in MGLionBet's server logs is the definitive record. Screenshots or screen recordings taken by the player are not accepted as authoritative evidence of game outcomes.

8Bonuses & Promotions

MGLionBet offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. The general bonus terms below apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus per player — unless stated otherwise, each bonus offer is available to each eligible player once only.
• Bonus abuse — placing bets designed to exploit bonuses rather than for genuine entertainment, including through matched betting, arbitrage, or using multiple accounts, will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Minimum odds — some bonuses require bets to be placed at minimum odds. Bets placed below those minimum odds will not count towards wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MGLionBet and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players in casino games or poker products
• Any activity that MGLionBet reasonably believes is connected to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information on sporting events

11Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any MGLionBet content without prior written permission. Accessing odds data through automated means for the purpose of aggregation, republication, or competitive intelligence is specifically prohibited.

The MGLionBet name, logo, and all associated branding are proprietary marks. Use of these marks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or in communications — requires explicit written authorisation from MGLionBet.

12Limitation of Liability

MGLionBet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect availability.

MGLionBet is not liable for:

13Account Suspension & Closure

• We are unable to verify your identity to our required standard
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity
• You request self-exclusion through our responsible gaming tools
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period with no login activity

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you once the investigation concludes, provided no breach has been established. If a breach is confirmed, MGLionBet reserves the right to withhold balances that are directly connected to the prohibited activity.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. We will process closure requests within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

14Changes to These Terms
